Trading Fame for a Little Adventure
I’m not sure I’d want to switch lives with a famous person for a week. Think about it. A movie star or singer might have a beautiful home, but they also have cameras following them everywhere. Staying inside that mansion could be fun for a day or two, but an entire week?
I did enjoy reading some of the other answers. One person suggested switching places with the richest person in the world and giving away all the money. That made me laugh! Someone in government might be another possibility, although I suspect making better laws would take considerably longer than a week.
But enough wandering around the question. Here’s my answer.
If a little time travel were included, I’d choose Diane Cousteau so I could spend a week with her father, Jacques Cousteau, during his exploring days.
Imagine diving beneath the surface, seeing ocean life in its own world, and learning from someone whose discoveries inspired so much curiosity. I’d have enough questions to fill the entire week. He might be ready to send me home by the end of it!
Give me a week of discovery, a boat, and a chance to explore beneath the waves. That sounds much more appealing than dodging photographers.
Who would you trade places with, and what would you do with your week?
